Dr. Xavier Arreguit, Managing Director
M.Sc. & Ph.D. from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) and Masters Degree in Management of Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (a joint program between EPFL, HEC Lausanne and UT Austin), He started his career at the California institute of Technology (Caltech) as a Research Associate.

He then joined CSEM and worked successively as R&D Project Manager, Head of the Portable Devices Section and Head of Vision Applications, before being appointed Vice-President, responsible for Strategic Marketing and Business Development. He notably contributed to the development of several high-tech products and patents, to the creation of several start-ups and spin-offs, as well as to their management as a Board member. He has also participated to the establishment of an international network of CSEM Innovation Centers, before being transferred to Innobridge.

Stéphane Velan, Associate Director
Degree in Business Management and Economics from HEC Lausanne.

He has developed a combined expertise in corporate finance and high-level management positions in the banking and telecommunication industry for more than 15 years before joining Innobridge. His responsibilities have ranged from Finance Executive and Credit & Risk Manager, active notably in Mergers & Acquisition, including the valuation and recommendation of international acquisitions, structuring the financing and raising long term funds for Joint Ventures. He notably participated in the founding of Estel, a Joint Venture between Swisscom and Electricité de Strasbourg (subsidiary of EDF), and was appointed to its top management as President du Directoire, ad interim.

Alexandre Coquoz, Associate Director
Degree in Economic Sciences from University of Fribourg (CH) and M.Sc. in telecommunication from University of Colorado.

He has a top-level experience of 12 years in the telecommunication industry, where he held positions as a Project Manager up to Director of Business Development & Corporate Program Management. He worked on the creation of joint-ventures in Malaysia and in Germany, before being appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer of one of the joint-ventures. He has held responsibility for the development of new applications generating revenue, (e.g. WLAN, Telemetry, MVNO, network sharing, fix to mobile convergence, partnership development) and the management of cross-functional programs implementing corporate strategy (e.g. UMTS, Indirect reseller concept, new products). He created as well a start-up company in the mobile marketing area.
